Teni Ebson, LPCC

With a background in both education and clinical counseling, Teni brings a unique perspective to her work with children, adolescents, and adults. She is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in North Dakota and a Licensed Professional Counselor in Minnesota who earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling from Minnesota State University Moorhead. Her approach is deeply informed by her previous experience as a special education teacher, where she specialized in supporting students with emotional and behavioral disorders.

Teni strives to create a welcoming, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel understood and empowered. She supports individuals navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship stress. By using evidence-based approaches-including cognitive-behavioral strategies-she helps clients address family concerns, mood-related struggles, and behavioral challenges. Teni emphasizes collaboration and individualized care, focusing on building up each client’s existing strengths.
