Julie Windahl, M.S. LMFT

Julie is a marriage and family therapist. She graduated from University of Wisconsin-Stout with a master’s degree in marriage and family therapy. Julie has worked as an outpatient mental health therapist for almost 14 years in the community.  She use a variety of theoretical orientations, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Narrative Therapy in her sessions. She enjoys working with people in all stages of their lives. Julie see couples, families and individuals with various mental health needs. She is grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with clients about what is happening in their lives currently and to co-create a path forward that you can be excited about. Julie looks forward to joining you on your journey whenever you are ready!
